  5. Warren Kinsella: So Long, National Post

The top three blog posts in the partisan blogosphere this week concern a 'cyber-prank' carried out by Small Dead Animals blogger Kate McMillan against blogger Warren Kinsella. Kinsella received an email containing a photo of the sender's forearm which bore a tattoed multiple digit number and an admonition that the sender did not speak often about the tattoo but that Kinsella could use the photo at his discretion. Kinsella took the tattoo to be a holocaust identification number and posted a supportive message, including the photo to this regard. In actuality, the 'tattoo' was the registration number of Kate McMillan's motorcycle, and McMillan had orchestrated the prank through a friend (the sender). The top post this week is McMillan's blog Small Dead Animals, wherein McMillan reveals the serial number of her motorcycle. The second most referenced post is Kinsella's reaction wherein he suggests McMillan feels the holocaust is a joking matter. The third most significant post is Ezra Levant's account of the exchange. The fourth post concerns the cessation of a human rights commission claim against Ezra Levant (also the top news post this week) while the fifth post concerns Warren Kinsella's resignation as a columnist from the National Post due to the conservative editorial stances of the newspaper.
