Infoscape Director delivers talk at Annual Hansard Association of Canada

Greg Elmer, IRL director recently spoke to Canada's Hansardians at their annual meeting in Charlottetown, PEI concerning the role that social media have come to play in Canadian politics. Elmer discussed the challenges faced by official record keepers in light of the decentralization and digitization of parliamentary business.
