Article in Ryerson News: "U.S. policy decision-making more autocratic: experts"

Suelan Toye of Ryerson University has published an article on Infoscape Director Greg Elmer. The article discusses his new publication,“Surviving the Inevitable Future: Preemption In An Age of Faulty Intelligence,” in the July/September issue of Cultural Studies.
